Evergreen tree fertilizer #789229

What fertilizer formula do you recommend for Upper Arlington soil. Thuja Green Giant may have a 'winter wind burn' per Roger Seely, Jr. Tree is established since 2008. A.M. Leonard has a 12-6-6. Thanks.
