This is an indianmeal moth, a common pantry pest.
Check all sources of dried food including: flour, cereal, meal, dried pet food, birdseed, pasta, dried flowers, and candy. Discard infested material. Store dried foods in air tight containers. For more information, see: http://pubs.ext.vt.edu/3104/3104-1582/3104-1582.html
