Trees dying on my property #787712

Asked April 23, 2022, 10:50 AM EDT

This winter I lost four trees to storm and winds. I have about 4-5 more that look like they have died as well. I have about 1.5 acres above Silver Creek in the Welchwood Estates near the airport. I can't say what the trees are but have attached pictures of the row of trees. What is causing this and is there a recommended reasonably priced service to come in and remove the dead trees that have not fallen?

Expert Response

Hello Ms. Patty,

The storms we had this winter/early spring were one for the record books. To get a better idea and look at your trees, you can call the Madison County Extension Office at<personal data hidden>. They have a great horticulture agent that would be a great resource for you.

Have a great day!
