My neighbor and I put up doug-fir beetle pheromones last year, she said she got them through 'OSU', which I assume is you. Can you let me know where I can buy some?

Not aware of us every selling those.
If you are talking about Douglas-fir, then the beetle you are concerned about is the D-f beetle. The product for that is MCH. Here is a great publication about its use.

Other information is online, along with at least one forestry supply business selling MCH bubble caps.
