I have two hibiscus plants indoors (for now) - they have had tiny little bugs with wings on them (looks like white spots). Also leaves are turning yellow with brown spots. I have been spraying them with Neem Oil and also soapy water. I have some ant traps that I set in the plant - a few of the flying bugs are in there. Any other ideas? Not sure what the problem is with the leaves.
