Similar to what Glenda shared in June 2021, since the USDA recommendations are based on our system of canning, we have no recommendations for the metric jars. Therefore, you should refer to the manufacturer’s instructions that come with the jars. We cannot make any recommendations on their safety because we do not have available research on the metric jars.
