Roadside fruit stand #780721

Am I required to get a permit to sell any of my garden's bounty in a roadside stand? Like fruits, vegetables and herbs, maybe flowers. No meat, eggs, etc...

What if you just sell produce? Not plants.

Texas Department of Agriculture does not regulate fruit and vegetable sales on the roadside. That is directly from a TDA Inspector.  MP
