I received a box of garlic and it is sprouting. Can I plant it now, I am in Dundee. If so in the ground or in greenhouse.

Hi Dawn, yes, you can plant garlic in the ground now. The heads will most likely be small, but it will still be garlic. To get good sized heads, garlic is typically planted in September/October. Here's some information from OSU on planting/growing/harvesting garlic in Oregon.
