I went to a cooking class a few years ago that you directed & Im looking for the chicken chili w/salsa recipe. Can you please help me it or lead me to where I can obtain it? Thank you.

Without more direct information, like the county the class was held in or the instructor, I cannot identify the recipe. You may try looking on line for a similar recipe.
