Creeping Charlie/ground ivy #780567

Asked January 21, 2022, 10:52 AM EST

I have done a lot of research online and I'm getting some conflicting information on how to best control creeping charlie in my lawn. The problem is getting steadily worse and it's starting to take over large areas of my lawn. I'm researching a plan of attack so I can be ready to go in the spring with a strategy that will work. I also understand that it may take a couple of years to get on top of the problem so I know that I will need to be patient. I am considering using a product called Tenacity due to it's relatively low toxicity as that is important to me as well. Is there a turf grass expert that can provide me with a strategy for controlling this horrible weed in my mid-Michigan lawn? Thank you, Toby West Mason, MI
