My apologies, it is not possible to identify the kind of ant you have. The resolution of the picture is too soft to see if the mandibles are pronounced like they are with carpenter ants.

Carpenter ants are the most concerning and they are usually found near a water source so in carpeting and bedrooms is not very likely.
