Dormant seeding #778312

I bought a bag of Scott brand shade and sun mix seed. Now I see that it is “coated”, I suppose with a little fertilizer. Will this seed still be okay to use for dormant seeding? Thanks

Yes, you can still use this. Note that the fertilizer will ultimately dissolve with adequate moisture (rain), but will remain in the soil and won't have any negative effects.
