Do I have to worry about rest of flock #778268

I have a rooster that died this morning. Sadly my favorite. He was acting a little odd this past week, wanted in the house, had watery stools. I'm attaching a picture of his face. I have 25 other birds. Do I have to worry about my other chickens catching something?
