I’m looking to get free or cheap wood chips delivered to my house in Richmond, TX 77407. Are there any local sources or tree services that will drop a truck load off?

Not that we know of. You might call Centerpoint Energy since they are continuously trimming trees from easements. Or, you may call a few tree services in your area.
