The anthurium is either getting too much water or not enough. The symptoms look the same. They need evenly moist soil and completely dry soil is very stressful. I may be seeing an inner pot but if soil has dried out enough to pull away from the edge it is much too dry. One trick is to lift the pot when it is wet and then lift it every day to learn what it feels like dry. It will be noticeably lighter when it is dry and that is the time to water. Soggy roots are even worse for your plant. Soggy roots can kill it.
