What is this foreign substance in how does it get on my house. It’s primarily located on the north side of my house. It looks like a dried black brown slurry it washes off with a wet towel. Splashes do it appear on my soffit, siding and window trim. I’m wondering if it’s bat droppings or something.

Hello Andrea,
The first pic shows insect eggs, probably moth eggs. I can't tell what the stuff is in the other two photos. If it easily washed off, it's probably just wind-blown debris.
