I have butterfly flower planted in a bed in my back yard. In the last few weeks, the plant grew seed pods and I have noticed that the pods are covered with these orange bugs (please see picture). What should I do? Will the bugs hurt the plant? Thank you very much!

This looks like nymphs of the milkweed bug. There are large and small milkweed bugs. They can be numerous but do not cause serious damage to plants. They are part of our garden ecosystem. No control is necessary. Here is more information https://extension.umd.edu/resource/orange-aphids-milkweed
