I need help identifying what is happening to this philo monstera. See photo

Hi Steve,
Thank you for your quick reply. I am not seeing any aphids or insects anywhere on the plant. Not even teeny tiny ones. I’m attaching another photo.

What you see is covering the whole leaf. Is it possibly a fungus?

I see the webs of spidermites right at the deep crevasse where the stem is attaching to the leaf.  The little white specks and dull appearence are characteristic too.  Spidermites go for indoor plants including philodendron.  Here is a reference.  https://extension.umd.edu/resource/spider-mites-indoor-plants
