Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to read my email. Well as the title states we are having HUGE oak tree limbs drop, with no storm involved! The first one was June 21st, it was like I said a huge branch that (even the neighbors comes out of their houses from the fall) caused some damage to the house and things in the yard. The second one was a different tree and the third one again was a third tree.
When looking on Google they referred to this "sudden branch drop". Well needless to say this is extremely dangerous! My elderly parents could be in the yard if a fourth, or fifth or whatever falls.
Can you tell me if you think the rest of the tree needs to be cut down? If so can you recommend anyone?Or do you know if any there is help for my parents with the cost also?

This is definitely a job for a certified arborist on-site. An arborist can assess the tree for health issues as well as hazardous conditions. You can find an arborist on the webpage for the International Society of Aboriculture. Extension also has a helpful webpage How to Hire A Tree Care Professional.
