What are these weedy grasses and how to get rid of them? In the last photo on the right side, you'll see a finer grass weed that makes a mat of itself in areas of the lawn, what is it? I have more pictures if you need them. Thank you.

Your photos look like crab grass. The treatment for crab grass and most other undesirable weeds in the lawn is similar. Here are links to two articles that will provide you with treatment options.
