August St Augustine "brown spot" #768348

This spot in my yard just sprung up.it won't spread? The rest of the lawn looks healthy and green. What is this and how do I treat this so it won't spread? Thank you

Thanks for the submission.  Something that just shows up quickly could be chinch bugs.  They can spread and move quickly and affect the rest of the lawn.  You definitely want to fix the issue quickly.  Here is a publication to help you.
