Wireworms (the larvae of click beetles) don't infest people or animals.
No ID can be made on the basis of the images you uploaded. To identify an insect, one must see an image of the entire critter, rather than selected parts. Then, too, it can be helpful to see the wound/site where the insect is.
Please refer the patient to a health care specialist who can extract the insect, then will submit it to a medical laboratory for identification.
