Norway Spruce tree is five years old and grew thick and robustly until this year.
We thought it might be a lack of water here in Ann Arbor, Michigan during the late Spring but increased water has not stopped its rapid deterioration. As you see from the photos, almost half the tree is gone and the top looks quite sparse. Any guidance would be appreciated.

The first picture certainly looks like there is a problem The other two pictures look like a healthy tree. I suggest getting an arborist to come out and assess the problem.
