I keep seeing these beetles all over my rose bushes- my first instinct is to get rid of them but they keep coming back and I try to avoid pesticide because I don’t want to hurt any bees. Are they a threat to my roses? How do I get rid of them for good?

This isn't a beetle that I am familiar with being an insect pest of roses. Are you seeing any damage from them? If not I would not suggest using any product on them. You can try spraying them off with a forceful jet of water.
