Please help me identify what is happening in my Zoysia and what to do to treat it, thanks!!!

We are consulting with our plant pathologist on these unusual symptoms. Was any weed killer used on the lawn in recent weeks? Or was fertilizer or any other product applied?

Can you please send us additional photos? A couple of these are a bit blurry or out-of-focus, and close-ups would also be helpful.
