Can you please identify this tree?  Photos attd of leaves and "fruit" (with my husband's hand for size perspective), trunk, and general aspect.  It is a large tree, maybe 30', in the Hallinan neighborhood of Lake Oswego.  The fruit, right now about 2" in diameter, has a fairly hard green shell (that can be crushed when stomped on) and a white, meaty interior.
