Tri Color Beech Issue #759206

Hi - We noticed that our young European tri color beech tree has holes and strange shaped bugs on the leaves. Please see attached photos. Can you identify this issue and what we can do to resolve it? Thx.

Hello

These are bagworm caterpillars on your beech tree. Since the tree is small you can hand pick these off and destroy them. Examine nearby evergreens and remove any there, too. Here is more detail
