The first weed is a honey locust and it is a very invasive tree. It is not one I would like around particularly in my flower bed. The best way to get rid of it, is to cut it at ground level and spray it immediately with a herbicide and then keep watch and if it reappears spray again. Weed number 2 is a redflower ragleaf. It grows along road ways. You would kill it the same way that you kill the honey locust.Thank you for your question.

Looking at your pictures, it appears that the locust and red flower rag leaf have not gotten very big. I would start killing by using glyphosate which is roundup. Spray the foliage throughly, but watch that it does not drift to other plants. It is also good to cut the weeds down to ground level and then spray the fresh cut with the herbicide. It may take a few sprayings, but it should take care of your problem.
I am glad I could help. Good luck
