Rhododendron leaf damage #758296

Just noticed leaf damage on my rhododendron (see photo) just planted last year. Noticed a bug sitting on the plant (see photo), don’t know if it’s the culprit. How do I treat?

The damage on the leaves appears to be leaf cutter bee damage. They do not threaten the life or health of the shrub. They are beneficial bees. https://entnemdept.ufl.edu/creatures/misc/bees/leafcutting_bees.htm
