Praying Mantis egg capsule? #757444

Please identify this mass. I think it is a praying mantis egg capsule, but I know some bees can create a mass like this. Thanks,

That is not a praying mantis egg case. It looks like the cocoon of a large (though difficult to tell size) species of moth. Definitely leave it.
