Safe and eco conscious solutions #757338

Asked June 20, 2021, 7:06 PM EDT

Hi - I am older and cannot take car of my lawn myself. Weeds have taken over and I need a service. Are there solutions that are eco friendly and are for pets and young children? I have mixed info on TruGreen and Lawn Doctor. Please help. Thanks

University of Minnesota Extension does not recommend or vouch for the reliability or quality of lawn care or other commercial services.

A number of Twin Cities companies claim to provide organic lawn care.

You might be able to evaluate them by using these rating tools:

Hello and thank you for the reply. I am wondering if you can recommend actual chemical names or define what organic means in this case. I can ensure proper and safe methods are in place. I also have a well so am concerned about water safety. Thanks
