My peony leaves are curling up and have a red tube-like edging on them. The edging does not peel off. Do you know what this is and how I can help it get healthy again?

The leaves look like scorch. Peonies subjected to prolonged periods of insufficient water and exposure to temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit may suffer from leaf scorch, or the browning of leaf tips and margins. Over-fertilizing your peony may eventually burn the plant's leaves, causing them to turn yellow, then brown.
