Bought these years ago...didnt do well so I removed and put in planters. Left them where they got a ton of sun and behold they thrived. I think they are suppose to flower but mine never has. They lose leafs in the winter and rebloom in spring. Please help identify so I may plant and care properly. I chose county but I am in Pike County Ohio.
