Our grape vine leaves are curling, looking like they have a disease/fungus or something. The small leaves are just dropping off! Not sure if it is an insect/mite etc. is there anything we can do?

Do you know if any herbicides were sprayed nearby? In the lawn or a commercial ag field? Or have you applied any fungicides to the vines recently?
