Where can I find the following? Sue Snider, Ph.D., Food and Nutrition Specialist, Food and Nutrition Facts, FNF-18 .University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, March 1997. I can't find this fact sheet at the link you provided. 

However, a search of the University of Delaware Library indicates that it may have an archived copy; if so I can retrieve it through interlibrary loan at my university. Can you verify if the title for FNF-18 is "Cholesterol"?
