Insect egg identification #754075

Hello. Attached, please find a photo of insect eggs. Would you be able to identify the type of insect, and any potential remedies to avoid an infestation? Thank you.

Hi, That appears to be Wax Scale. Treat with bifenthrin or Sevin now. Not sure what plant this is, but a systemic such as imidacloprid can be applied as a soil drench after flowering.
