I have a 5 yr old brandywine red maple. What do I do? #751851

My red maple leaves are turning brittle and curling plus getting black spots all over the leaves

Would you be able to provide any photos of the leaves or trunk of the tree? The problem could be caused by any number of issues: dry conditions (lack of water), poor planting method (improper planting depth), insect or disease problem (possibly secondary condition to a stressed plant). Before any management recommendations can be suggested, we need to determine the likely cause of the issue.
