I have potting soil from last year that I stored out in the deck box. It has little tiny bugs in it , I also see them in the pots that have leftover soil. They are very small and it just looked like little pieces of souls moving . Can I use the soil ? Should I dump it ? I have read conflicting info on the internet. Just wondering !

It is hard to say what the bugs are. Ants and fungus gnats are possibilities. I personally wouldn't use it. You can try drying it out and that would kill any larva.
That was my thought ! I will just get ride of it and move on. Thank you for the advice !
