Can you look at our clematis leaves and let us know if they have a disease or are insects eating them? What can we do? Many thanks!!! Joe K

It would be helpful is you are able to submit images showing the entire plant as well.  I'm curious to see the pattern of damage on your Clematis.

There are (2) vines on round tall trellises and (1) large one on the house trellis.  All have the same condition.

Hello Joe,

The overall appearance of your clematis is good. The large brown lesions may be a leafminer but I can't be sure from the photos. If you don't see insects on the leaves then the yellow specks are probably not due to insects.

How does the newest growth look?

Best regards,

Howard
