Rose Rosette disease? #750667

Hello, My name is Lowlyn jacob and am living in Travis County.We recently came across a patch of knock-out roses in the common area of our neighborhood having some sort of disease. The symptoms seems of the rose Rosette virus. Please find the photos attached, we have tried contacting our HOA, but see no response. Please let us know how do we move forward with this issue, if its a positive case.

This patch of roses are on the intersection of Mossy Springs & Osage Dr, near 2829 Mossy Springs Dr, Leander, TX 79641.

This does look suspiciously like rose rosette.  Please report this case here https://roserosette.org/reporting/ for a more definitive confirmation.

Unfortunately, the only remedy for rose rosette is complete removal of the plant.  See:  https://roserosette.org/control/

Unfortunately this area is maintained by HOA and we cannot remove these roses. We will forward your response in case it will get a greater attention.Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
