Can you provide some recent photos of the tree in question ? Do you know the typeof tree, it’s size, location, your access to cutting and power tools? One last question is what about the tree’s condition leads you to believe it’s dead? Thanks!

As a property owner tree inspection may qualify as s tax writeoff. You should check with your accountant and or lawyer regarding your rights and responsibilities as owner to manage damaged trees based upon neighbor complaints. Get back to me when you can
