Are these Dahlias or Asters #750620

I took this photo yesterday. When I googled the image, it came up as "asters", but many people on "nextdoor" are saying that they're dahlias. I don't know which type of flower they are?

This is definitely a dahlia plant - based on the flower and the leaves.
