I found this dandelion near our chicken/duck coop. Many others around, but one one like the photo I sent. Wondering if you all had ever seen any like this.

Not exactly like yours, but have seen mutations. With all the dandelions in the world, it's bound to happen.
The only note of caution would be if it was caused by an herbicide. 2-4D, for instance, is highly volatile and can drift around, landing unexpectedly on plants. It causes foliage distortion. Here's more: https://extension.umd.edu/resource/herbicide-damage-vegetables
With livestock around, pesticides would be an issue.
