Hi Nicole,
This may be something that looks similar to the white cabbage butterfly caterpillar but isn't because I can find no evidence of that pest eating aphids. I know you tried to upload a video but you should be able to attach a still photograph.
As an experiment, you could pick one of those caterpillars and put it in a jar with some brassica leaves (and maybe some aphids) and see what it morphs into.
I see you tried to upload the video which is not what I suggested. I was hoping you could just take a snapshot and not a video to get a picture of the pest.

I think this is something different but I can't make a definitive ID, particularly since it's eating aphids. Most of the pictures I've found for Pieris rapae do not display such a prominent stripe.
I wish I could do better and I will consult with other experts.
