Please help me identify the problem with my lemon and tomatoe plants. These two plants are growing in the same bed not far away from each other and exhibiting simular signs. Please see pictures. Thank you.

Your plants appear to have a nutrient deficiency. Based on the leaf symptoms, I would suggest iron deficiency. The link will give you information from U. of California regarding adding iron. I would also suggest a soil fertility test to determine soil pH and nutrient levels.
