We don't think so.

The first looks like it may be a type of Perilla or possibly a nettle, which can sting but it would have to be more mature to tell.

The second photo looks like a young Boxelder tree, which is a type of native maple.

When in doubt though, we'd always suggest using disposable gloves or a newspaper bag slid onto your arm to remove possibly poisonous leaves.
