Hi, we have a dogwood in full sun, and recently some leaves started to curl and turn brown. Also saw some insect webbing. See photos attached. Any suggestions?

The insect webbing is incidental and not a problem.
The damaged leaves do not look like insect or disease issues. It looks mechanical/physical. Could be from wind. May have happened while leaves were still in bud stage or emerging.
No treatment is recommended.
