kill ohio buckeye trees( Aesculus glabra) , chemically. #747742

I would like your recommendation on how to kill the Ohio buckeye trees. I have tried spraying with Remedy and 2,4-D. Spraying with escort. Stump treatment with Tordon RTU. The follar treatments that have used, are: Remedy- 1.5 oz. 2,4-D LV 6-2.5 oz, plus activator, per 1 gal. 1 oz escort, 8 oz. activator per 25 gal. The follar sprays will defoliate the trees but they will releaf and survive. The torodon RTU does not work. I am planning to use Remedy 1 part and 3 parts diesel, for stump treatment. I live in Greenwood Co. ,Kansas. No one here knows how to control this poisonous plant. I have lost a calf to this tree. I have lots of these trees. Thanks Ron Rader

Ron I went looking for something specific to buckeye but it doesn't appear on a lot of the chemical labels.  However, I found this forages publication out of Purdue that does address buckeye.

https://www.extension.purdue.edu/extmedia/ws/ws_37_toxicplants08.pdf  I did look at some of the suggested labels and none specifically state buckeye so the fact that Purdue included them in their publication would mean they have some research that shows they do work on buckeye.  Cut stump is probably the most impactful for buckeye - foliar would be the least impactful.
