I noticed these brown spots on some of the rhodie leaves. Is it from water, or sun, or nutrition, or pest? And should I remove them?

Thank you for your question. I need a bit more information to proceed. Is the rhododendron in full sun? Do you give it supplemental water? Do you fertilize it? Have you had the soil around it tested for pHand nutrients? And, when you turn the leaves over, do you see any small black dots? Thanks for more info!
