I would like to know what these bugs are exactly because it was strange to find two of them. Whenever there’s a bug in my room it’s near my window & They most of the time appear dead & I think it’s because my room is so cold. I have a huge tree by my window & my bed happens to be right by the window.

Those are not bed bugs. They look to be some type of plant bug. It's possible that they are attracted to the light at your windows. It is also possible that they are outside in the trees and somehow getting into your room through an improperly sealed window.
